Welcome to History Monash

Welcome to the website of History Monash Inc., incorporating the former Oakleigh & District Historical Society Inc. This website will progressively build content to showcase the best of the Society’s 60+ year old collection of images, documents and artefacts as well as the community exhibitions held at the Society’s home in the Monash Federation Centre, Oakleigh. We encourage new members, volunteers and donations to help build the collection.

History Monash Inc acknowledges the peoples of the Boon Wurrung and Woi Wurrung language groups of the Eastern Kulin nation on whose lands it operates. History Monash Inc pays its respects to their Elders past and present.
